Meet and Greet with Lauren Connolly

You've seen her in PFTC shows from the very beginning. You just saw her in RIP JD. She made lattes and spoke with a Southern accent. She's talented, she's hot, and she can surf. Meet Lauren Connolly.

Where are you right now, specifically?
Lounging on my lime green couch with my feet up on my soon to be painted yellow coffee table in my brand new apartment! We've also got a red rug and teal curtains...my roommate and I are very colorful individuals!

What are you wearing?
My pajamas: comfy shorts and a Yankees tee shirt

So tell us, what do you wish you were wearing?
My pajamas: comfy shorts and a Yankees tee shirt...what i wish is that i didn't have to change to head to work soon

Oh. No fun. How about this: When is the last time someone clapped for you?
When I was performing in Plastic Flamingo's RIP JD!

When is the last time someone boo-ed you or should have?
Hmmmm, well I've been doing a whole lot of work with Ross and Erin and the Plastic Flamingo gang lately...nobody in their right mind would boo them!!!

Ok, that is very sweet but who then, is your least favorite Plastic Flamingo Company member... and why?
I'll never tell. (insert evil laugh here)Jose Luaces...he likes to throw my cat across the room.

What are you reading right now (and don't lie)?
Honestly, i haven't read a really good book in a while...we need a PF book club

Hmmm. Not a bad thought. If you weren't working in the theatre, what would you be doing?
I'd be the biggest baddest police officer you ever did see!

Are you comfortable sleeping your way to the top?
No way!

You would be a good cop. If you could live in the world of any play what would it be?
Probably something Shakespearean so I could walk around in pretty clothes and recite poetry...but no tragedies! A comedy!

Based on the day your having, who should adapt it into a show?
Someone who can write a good farce. That's what my day usually feels like when I work my Times Square restaurant job.

What is your favorite Plastic Flamingo fuzzy memory?
Roller blading through the Theatre department at UM during the Apocalyptic Revelations dress rehearsal...so much fun...and Jonathan White skating around dressed up as a giant cockroach certainly didn't hurt the fuzzy memory experience!

No. No it did not.
